The second oral examination of applicants who apply to the School of Environment and Energy Engineering will be conducted in the following manner.

  • English test
  • Examination for majors (two of the four subjects below)
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Thermodynamics
    • Transport Phenomena

Oral examination contents

  • In the case of applicants with a TOEFL score of 550 (CBT213), a TOEIC score of 750, or a TEPS score of 600 or higher, English will be exempted from reading comprehension and only conversions will be conducted.
    • Reading comprehension and Explanation: When you read and understand the given English example sentences and present the contents in English and ask questions about the related contents in English, you will answer in English.
    • Conversation: A conversation in English with a simple subject.
  • The major examination is divided into two parts.
    • A course (or graduate school) is a test that measures practical understanding of major subjects.
    • In the case of applicants for doctoral programs, I will conduct a question / answer on the degree of understanding and research results of the degree research contents that I studied after '5 minutes English presentation' about my master's thesis.
    • If applicants whose research papers are published in overseas journals, the number of points can be obtained.
